 +==== Start LinkPoller (LinkUp / LinkDown) ====
 +To start the LinkPoller (IP_CONNECTIVITY, LinkUp, LinkDown) go to the LinkPollerConfiguration controller and click the "Start/Stop IP Connectivity Poller" in the navigation bar.

 +If no new "linkDown" or "ethernetLinkDown" traps appear, check if the NetworkElements are set to **pollable**.

 +If still nothing, ensure that there's at least one active **HANDLER** entry in the **thread_config** table.
