+Due to the ATC Noc Portal LB getting a 502 error(due to handlers being down )
+An AWS alarm email is in place to go out to support. If it goes off we need to see which handler is down as it could be both.
+You can check the URL for it `https://atcapps1.atc:8440/NocPortal` or `https://atcapps2.atc:8440/NocPortal`
+If anyone sees this email check the logs of the handler/s that is down and the heap/threads.
+If the handler doesn’t come back in a few minutes you will have to restart that handler until we figure out the issue.
